As we are embarking on this new journey of flexible learning, I ask that we all be patient and help one another along the way. I will post answers to frequently asked questions on this page.

To Clean your Laptops:  

1.  Shut down your laptop and unplug the power cord

2.Clean your laptops with a clorox wipe followed with a soft cloth or Spray a soft cloth and wipe (Do not spray any cleaners on your laptop)

If you receive errors when trying to login to the your differnt accounts, or receive errors at the login page, try the following:

1.  Try a Different Browser (Chrome, Edge and Internet explorer are on your laptops) 

2.  Delete temp files, cookies, etc.

Internet Explorer

  1. Rt. Click above address bar and Click on Menu Bar, the menu bar will show under the address bar.

  2. Click on Tools.

  3.  Click on Internet Options.

  4. On the General Tab, under Browsing History, click Delete

  5. In the new window click Delete Files .. Yes, and Delete Cookies … Yes

    1. You may also decide to delete the other items as well

  6. When finished click Close and OK to return to Explorer

 

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of Google Chrome.

  2. Click on History.

  3.  Click on History again.

  4. Click on Clear browsing data (Right side)

  5. "Clear browsing data" pop-up menu:
       a) Be sure that All time is selected in the "Time range" drop down menu.
       b) Be sure that Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are all checked.

  6. Click the Clear Data button.

  7. Close the browser and restart Google Chrome. (Click the X close all tabs then reopen chrome)

Edge

  1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll down and click on the Choose what to clear button.

  4. Ensure that the following options are checked:

    • Browsing history

    • Cookies and saved website data

    • Cached data and files

  5. Click on the Clear button.

  6. Close Microsoft Edge and then reopen the browser.
